Description
Grayson's #JuniperRidgeCabin is a huge commercial cabin across the street from the lake with amazing views of the marina and mountains. Great for family gatherings, church groups, school camps, and other group retreats.
This large three story cabin has 7 bedrooms, 3.5 baths. It's part of our commercial lodge and sleeps up to 30 guests.
Three lever building:
Top floor bedrooms 6 and 7. Each has amazing views in 3 directions and sleeps 5 guests each.
Each room has a single over double bunk bed and a separate double bed.
There is a full bathroom between the upstairs rooms.
The main levlel (middle floor) features a full kitchen, dining room and living room with a 4k Roku Smart TV, full bathroom and 2 more bedrooms.
Bedroom 4 is a huge bunk room with 7 bunk beds (1 bottom bunk is a double) + extra twin bed.
Bedroom 5 = Twin over Double bunk bed
The bottom floor features 3 more bedrooms, another full bathroom and a large living room TV area with a kitchenette. There are 2 dedicated parking spots right outside the entrance door. We have plenty of parking in our parking lot, or in businesses next door which are closed at night.
Bedroom 1 = 2 bunk beds + 1 Queen bed.
Bedroom 3 = 3 bunk beds, 1 is a double bed.
Bedroom 2 = single over double bunk bed.
Kitchen:
There is a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, plates, bowls in the kitchen.
Please clean everything and put it away as you found it or we have to charge extra cleaning fees.
BOOKING & PAYMENTS
Use the "Request" button to send us a request, we will call or email you to discuss and send you a contract that must be signed, scanned, and paid to reserve your dates.
Zelle payments have no fees.
There is a 3.5% fee to pay by credit card. If you are reserving more than 90 days ahead of arrival we can work out a payment plan.
You can rent this building by itself for up to 30 guests.
There is also the #HoneyBeeCabin next door for 20 guests.
You can rent the entire property and have 14 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 decks, and the backyard area all for your group's exclusive use.

Big Bear Groups Cabin Rentals consists of family apartments and motel style rooms in the village across the street from Big Bear Lake. Larger groups can rent multiple units.
Bedding and towels for each guest provided. Beds are made with sheets, pillow case, and folded blanket.
Please bring whatever else you need.
Pets are not allowed.
The building has central heating set ~70F/21C.
No cooling/AC. Big Bear has cool mountain air 99% of the year. Fans available in room.
Quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM
There is no cleaning service available during your stay.
Roku/smart TVs require your own subscriptions for paid streaming like Netflix. Many free channels available.
We have no office, but on-site staff live next door and watch over the place and are available if you need assistance.
Each bedroom and the main entrance have keypad code entry locks.
There are 20 fantastic restaurants nearby. Walk to pizza, burgers, Thai, crepes, Poki bowl, Himalayan, fast food, sandwich shop, steak house, Mexican, barbecue, Chinese, Indian, sushi, ice cream, candy shop, Hawaiian, tacos, pancakes, brew pubs and more!
Location
We are next to Big Bear Village with a convenience store, 20 restaurants, visitor center, marina, nightlife, shopping, sports rental shop, bowling, movies, bus stop, lakeside parks, hiking and more within a 5 minute walk.
The ski resort is 1 mile away and there is a local shuttle bus that picks up just around the corner. (Check Mountain Transit for current schedule)
Our driveway is behind Getboards snowboard shop between two trees. Look for the "Big Bear Group Cabins" sign.
Reservations required - We have no office, no lobby, and no walk up customers allowed.
Check - in: 4pm-10pm
Check out: before 10am or you will be charged for an extra night.
We never guarantee early check in or late check out.
You can Request early arrival or late departure in our MyTrips app after a confirmed booking. Fees may apply.
If your request can be accommodated, we will approve it and you will be notified and charged whether you arrive early or not as we have to pay someone to be ready for your arrival time.
No Lobby/Office
Please don't show up before 4pm without arranging a time with us.
There is no lobby to wait if we aren't there to check you in.
The visitor center is a block away or you can spend time in the village shops one street over.
Free Parking
Our main parking lot is first come first serve. We can always find you a place to park.
Cancel Policy
No Refunds for Holiday Dates. See below*
There is a minimum 3% fee on any cancellations. This covers processing refund transactions.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival receive a 97% refund.
Within 7-14 days of arrival, cancels receive a 50% refund.
Within 7 days of arrival there are no refunds for cancellations.
Changes/Modifications
We don't offer free changes to reservations dates. You would have to cancel and rebook a new reservation, and the above cancel fees apply.
Pricing changes with number of guests. Extra guests are not free. Please make sure you are searching with the correct number of guests to see correct pricing. You can add guests to your reservation at any time.
Security
We have 24/7 security cameras on the outside entrances.
All entrances have keypad security locks.
All guests must provide passport or ID from outside the area, and the credit card of the name on the reservation at check in. We serve international travelers and visitors to Big Bear only.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
The manager is available 24/7 by phone.
If you have any issues on concerns during your stay, please let us know right away using our message system, my co-host lives right next door and we want to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. We do not offer refunds for complaints after your stay if you have not given us a chance to address your concerns.

Big Bear Group Cabin Rentals consists of two large residential style cabins.
We can host large groups up to 50 guests in 14 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms.
Smaller groups can rent portions of the buildings. Some rentals are large 3 or 4 bedroom vacation rentals. Other units are motel style with private entrance, mini fridge, Roku TV.
The Big Bear Hostel is also operated midweek (and some weekends) in the larger building. It is a great place for remote workers, single travelers, groups of friends and anyone who wants to stay in a cozy home-style shared living space. The hostel offers private rooms for 1-8 or a shared bunk room / dormitory option. Hostel guests share a kitchen, TV lounge and a huge deck with an amazing lake and mountain views.
Reservations required. No office on site. Caretaker lives next door.
