Description
#LotsaBedsCabin is a single level 3 Bedroom suite featuring a large living area with sofa, 55in TV, (Netflix ready, bring your own logins), kitchenette, dining table and chairs. The village is just a 1 minute walk to shopping and dining and you can stroll around 2 lakeside parks within half a block. Perfect for 1-3 couples, a family or group of friends.
You have 2 dedicated parking spots next to the entrance.
This unit is part of a duplex and there is another unit above.
Considerate noise levels required.
How many bedrooms are included?
1-2 guests on reservation = 1 bedroom included
3-4 guests on reservation = 2 bedrooms included
5+ guests on reservation = 3 bedrooms included

Bedroom 1 has a single over double bunk bed, Smart TV, Hdmi port. (Sleeps 1-3)
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and 2 bunk beds (3 twin beds and 1 full size double bottom bunk.) Sleeps 2-6
Bedroom 3 is a bunk room with 5 twin beds and 1 full size double bottom bunk. (Sleeps 2-6)
Bedrooms and bathroom require 1 step up into the room. The rest of the unit is level with the parking spaces outside.
If you don't rent all bedrooms, the other bedroom(s) are just locked during your stay so we don't have to clean them. In any case, the unit is 100% for you and your guests only. You never share indoor spaces with other guests.
The living room has a large flatscreen smart TV, sofa, kitchenette, dining table. Extra folding chairs available in unit.
Bedrooms have their own locking doors off the living area.
The bathroom is accessed from the central living room area.
Towels, and soap are provided.
No laundry in unit. Laundromat available right around the corner.
Kitchenette:
No oven, no toaster, no range/burners to boil/fry.
Yes: Sink, microwave, full refrigerator / freezer.
K-cups and coffee grounds and filters for coffee makers are provided.
5 each of: bowls, plates, mugs, and place settings are provided.
We wash all of these between guests and leave them in the cupboard clean for you at arrival.
Please scrape food scraps into trash and leave everything in the sink for us to wash.
This way we ensure everything is clean for the next guests.
There are also 15+ wonderful restaurants a block away in the village for take out and many are open for outdoor dining.
Outside BBQ available if you request ahead of time.
Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit
This unit may require a $200 refundable deposit to be authorized on credit card after booking, before arrival. We may waive the deposit for small groups or guests with great reviews from past stays.

Big Bear Groups Cabin Rentals consists of family apartments and motel style rooms in the village across the street from Big Bear Lake. Larger groups can rent multiple units.
Bedding and towels for each guest provided. Beds are made with sheets, pillow case, and folded blanket.
Please bring whatever else you need.
Pets are not allowed.
The building has central heating set ~70F/21C.
No cooling/AC. Big Bear has cool mountain air 99% of the year. Fans available in room.
Quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM
There is no cleaning service available during your stay.
Roku/smart TVs require your own subscriptions for paid streaming like Netflix. Many free channels available.
We have no office, but on-site staff live next door and watch over the place and are available if you need assistance.
Each bedroom and the main entrance have keypad code entry locks.
There are 20 fantastic restaurants nearby. Walk to pizza, burgers, Thai, crepes, Poki bowl, Himalayan, fast food, sandwich shop, steak house, Mexican, barbecue, Chinese, Indian, sushi, ice cream, candy shop, Hawaiian, tacos, pancakes, brew pubs and more!
Location
We are next to Big Bear Village with a convenience store, 20 restaurants, visitor center, marina, nightlife, shopping, sports rental shop, bowling, movies, bus stop, lakeside parks, hiking and more within a 5 minute walk.
The ski resort is 1 mile away and there is a local shuttle bus that picks up just around the corner. (Check Mountain Transit for current schedule)
Our driveway is behind Getboards snowboard shop between two trees. Look for the "Big Bear Group Cabins" sign.
Reservations required - We have no office, no lobby, and no walk up customers allowed.
Check - in: 4pm-10pm
Check out: before 10am or you will be charged for an extra night.
We never guarantee early check in or late check out.
You can Request early arrival or late departure in our MyTrips app after a confirmed booking. Fees may apply.
If your request can be accommodated, we will approve it and you will be notified and charged whether you arrive early or not as we have to pay someone to be ready for your arrival time.
No Lobby/Office
Please don't show up before 4pm without arranging a time with us.
There is no lobby to wait if we aren't there to check you in.
The visitor center is a block away or you can spend time in the village shops one street over.

Our main parking lot is first come first serve. We can always find you a place to park.
Cancel Policy
No Refunds for Holiday Dates. See below*
There is a minimum 3% fee on any cancellations. This covers processing refund transactions.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival receive a 97% refund.
Within 7-14 days of arrival, cancels receive a 50% refund.
Within 7 days of arrival there are no refunds for cancellations.
Changes/Modifications
We don't offer free changes to reservations dates. You would have to cancel and rebook a new reservation, and the above cancel fees apply.
Pricing changes with number of guests. Extra guests are not free. Please make sure you are searching with the correct number of guests to see correct pricing. You can add guests to your reservation at any time.
Security
We have 24/7 security cameras on the outside entrances.
All entrances have keypad security locks.
All guests must provide passport or ID from outside the area, and the credit card of the name on the reservation at check in. We serve international travelers and visitors to Big Bear only.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
The manager is available 24/7 by phone.
If you have any issues on concerns during your stay, please let us know right away using our message system, my co-host lives right next door and we want to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. We do not offer refunds for complaints after your stay if you have not given us a chance to address your concerns.

We can host large groups up to 50 guests in 14 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms.
Smaller groups can rent portions of the buildings. Some rentals are large 3 or 4 bedroom vacation rentals. Other units are motel style with private entrance, mini fridge, Roku TV.
The Big Bear Hostel is also operated midweek (and some weekends) in the larger building. It is a great place for remote workers, single travelers, groups of friends and anyone who wants to stay in a cozy home-style shared living space. The hostel offers private rooms for 1-8 or a shared bunk room / dormitory option. Hostel guests share a kitchen, TV lounge and a huge deck with an amazing lake and mountain views.
Reservations required. No office on site. Caretaker lives next door.
