#LotsaBeds2 Vacation Rental
This is a great rental for a bunch of friends or a few couples that want their own rooms. The location is just steps from the village shopping and restaurants. The lake is across the street. 4 small bedrooms open into a common area with sofa, Cable TV, table and chairs, mini fridge, microwave. There is a full bathroom off the common area.
This unit has NO kitchen. Its more like a motel room but with 4 small bunk rooms and a central hangout area with mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, sofa, cable TV. (HBO, Netflix ready)
Note: We only unlock the extra bedrooms if you are paying for a certain number of guests.
This allows us to keep prices low for smaller groups.
1-2 guests on reservation = 1 bedroom included
3-5 guests on reservation = 2 bedrooms included
6-7 guests on reservation = 3 bedrooms included
8+ guests on reservation = all 4 bedrooms included.
If you don't rent all bedrooms, the other bedroom(s) are just locked during your stay so we don't have to clean them. In any case, the unit is 100% for you and your guests only. You never share indoor spaces with other guests.
Bedroom 1 has a bunk bed (twin over full size double)
Bedroom 2 has a bunk bed (twin over full size double)
Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed (+ a twin bed)
Bedroom 4 has a bunk bed (+ a twin bed)
1 full (residential style) bathroom off the main hallway.
Bathroom has, shower, toilet, sink, with locking door.
Pricing changes with number of guests. Please make sure you are searching with the correct number of guests to see correct pricing.
Some upper bunks have stairs access, some ladders, some require climbing side of bunk.
This is one side of a duplex with a permanently locked door separating it from another rental. Considerate noise levels required. No parties.
A $200 refundable deposit is required in case of damages, extra cleaning, noise violations.
The shared parking lot is first come first serve. There is plenty of overflow parking on the street or nearby. We can always find you a place to park.
Refundable Cleaning/Damage Deposit
This unit requires a $300 refundable deposit to be paid after booking, before arrival.
EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT
Check in between 4pm to 10pm. Check out by 10am.
We never guarantee early check in or late check out.
You can Request early arrival or late departure in our MyTrips app after a confirmed booking.
This unit has a $15/hour fee for adjusted arrival/departure times.
If your request can be accommodated, we will approve it and you will be notified and charged whether you arrive early or not as we have to pay someone to be ready for your arrival time.
EV CHARGING
Free charging for our guests (w/Minimum $300 Paid Reservation)
$30 cash flat rate otherwise.

Tesla Supercharger in 2 minutes away and there are other Chargepoint options nearby

Big Bear Groups Cabin Rentals consists of family apartments and motel style rooms in the village across the street from Big Bear Lake. Larger groups can rent multiple units.
Bedding and towels for each guest provided. Beds are made with sheets, pillow case, and folded blanket.
Please bring whatever else you need.
Pets are not allowed.
The building has central heating set ~70F/21C.
No cooling/AC. Big Bear has cool mountain air 99% of the year. Fans available in room.
Quiet hours from 10 PM - 8 AM
There is no cleaning service available during your stay.
Roku/smart TVs require your own subscriptions for paid streaming like Netflix. Many free channels available.
We have no office, but on-site staff live next door and watch over the place and are available if you need assistance.
Each bedroom and the main entrance have keypad code entry locks.
There are 20 fantastic restaurants nearby. Walk to pizza, burgers, Thai, crepes, Poki bowl, Himalayan, fast food, sandwich shop, steak house, Mexican, barbecue, Chinese, Indian, sushi, ice cream, candy shop, Hawaiian, tacos, pancakes, brew pubs and more!
Location
We are next to Big Bear Village with a convenience store, 20 restaurants, visitor center, marina, nightlife, shopping, sports rental shop, bowling, movies, bus stop, lakeside parks, hiking and more within a 5 minute walk.
The ski resort is 1 mile away and there is a local shuttle bus that picks up just around the corner. (Check Mountain Transit for current schedule)
Our driveway is behind Getboards snowboard shop between two trees. Look for the "Big Bear Group Cabins" sign.
Reservations required - We have no office, no lobby, and no walk up customers allowed.

Cancel Policy
No Refunds for Holiday Dates. See below*
There is a minimum 3% fee on any cancellations. This covers processing refund transactions.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival receive a 97% refund.
Within 7-14 days of arrival, cancels receive a 50% refund.
Within 7 days of arrival there are no refunds for cancellations.
Changes/Modifications
We don't offer free changes to reservations dates. You would have to cancel and rebook a new reservation, and the above cancel fees apply.

Security
We have 24/7 security cameras on the outside entrances.
All entrances have keypad security locks.
All guests must provide passport or ID from outside the area, and the credit card of the name on the reservation at check in. We serve international travelers and visitors to Big Bear only.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
The manager is available 24/7 by phone.
If you have any issues on concerns during your stay, please let us know right away using our message system, my co-host lives right next door and we want to make sure you are comfortable during your stay. We do not offer refunds for complaints after your stay if you have not given us a chance to address your concerns.

We can host large groups up to 50 guests in 14 bedrooms, 6.5 bathrooms.
Smaller groups can rent portions of the buildings. Some rentals are large 3 or 4 bedroom vacation rentals. Other units are motel style with private entrance, mini fridge, Roku TV.
The Big Bear Hostel is also operated midweek (and some weekends) in the larger building. It is a great place for remote workers, single travelers, groups of friends and anyone who wants to stay in a cozy home-style shared living space. The hostel offers private rooms for 1-8 or a shared bunk room / dormitory option. Hostel guests share a kitchen, TV lounge and a huge deck with an amazing lake and mountain views.
Reservations required. No office on site. Caretaker lives next door.
